On Janurary 11th, we celebrated our Cohort 7 and 8 companies at our 7th UnDemo Day! As our amazing FFC community and guests started arriving at our awesome venue, Project Farmhouse, there was already an amazing energy filling the space. We were all so thankful to be gathering in person (for the first time in awhile) to celebrate the achievements of our founders and share great conversation, great company and great food and drink.
Following opening remarks from FFC Founder Shen Tong, health and food pioneer and advocate, Michel Nischan took the stage with an inspirational and impactful talk as our keynote speaker.
Michel spoke about his own journey within the food system, starting with his upbringing on his family farm and then dove into the importance of making impactful changes in the food system, which can be evidenced by his many amazing groundbreaking achievements as an advocate and food entrenpreneur.

Michel left our in person and virtual audiences inspried as we transitioned into beginning the Cohort 7 and 8 pitch presentations. Following the 7 amazing pitches from Pizootz, Quo Agro, Lobster Made Easy, Jar Goods, Hummii, Hemp Way Foods and Nutrimentos Maybo, we continued the night with networking, samples from our cohort companies and plenty of food and drink from our amazing caterers at Pixie and Scout.

It was an incredible event reconnecting with so many amazing memebers of the FFC and greater food community and we are so proud of our founders and cohort companies and so thankful for the support and impact that this food community continues to have!
